Endsight | Ghost of John

The funk is alive in the track by Endsightt. Bringing funky rhythm to his rap vibe is gracefully executed by this modern musician. Blending a Western flavor with the funk is not an easy task to achieve. Yet, this track, "Ghost of John," has a groove that will keep you moving through the track and put a lil' hop in your step.

Who knew that John Wayne would influence rap music? Probably no one would have guessed so, but this new track from Endsightt is hot and really gets lodged in your mind. The funk riff combined with the lyrical wizardry sets this track apart from many of the modern tracks that are just pouring out of the Internet these days. It's a relief to have quality musicians that put their heart and soul into their craft. Endsightt has done it again and hopefully will keep doing what he does best. 

Music quality is top notch on this track. Kinda reminds me of a song by Rage Against the Machine, "Ghost of Tom Joad," that came out about 20 years ago. This track has way more funk and definitely has a heavier message. The RA-6600 | Indiana Lights

A new album has emerged from the musical magic of RA-6600. The sultans of vintage sound have just released their new album, "Indiana Lights."  The album has a 60's vibe that resonates on the same mood as the early Beatles albums. The intimate mood of just the drums and piano pull you into the emotion of the music. As you listen to the album from beginning to end, you experience the emotional turbulence of falling in love.

Track Seven Band | EP Release

Track Seven Band is making waves in the music industry. I'm impressed with the hybrid composition of Rap and Rock. There's even some flavors of Jazz with the piano injections.

Lyrics are the heartbeat of many songs and this band has a lyricist that is pumping the life into the music. Ever since I heard Body Count back in the 90's, I've always been intrigued by the infusion of rock and rap music. There is a balance and a harmony that fuels the fire of emotion for the listeners and the musicians. This band has that same energy and the music is well composed.

Music is constantly evolving to a point where the emotion actually becomes a part of the music. In a sense, you can feel the emotion that the artist intends through the words and expression of the voice. Rehya Stevens has masterfully captured an emotion in her music and brought new life to the sound of pop music. The amount of time and dedication that she has invested in her music shows beautifully through her 2013 album release "Vintage Love." There are direct relations to many well-respected musicians who are clearly an influence in Rehya's music. Influences from Stevie Wonder and Madonna are a guiding force on this album, providing great music for fans of Pop/R&B Crossover.

The single, "Good Man" is a great example of where the emotion becomes part of the music. Rehya's lyrics bring introspective thought and feelings into the listener's mind. From beginning to end the EP takes you on a heavy metal ride that keeps your heart pounding and your lungs gasping for air. The composition of the instrumentation is lathered with icy cold hands that reach out from the void and scratch and claw at your flesh. The song has eerie sounds that lure you into the dark silence of your stereo and then peels out on your face as the drums beat you into oblivion. Just when you think the music is kicking into high gear, the track drives off the cliff and plunges you into the cold darkness below the surface of sea of eternity.

Destined to be heard by millions, Endseeker will likely never find the end of their legacy that will live on until the end of time. A feeling that most modern music can not induce in me or my soul.

As the music and lyrics guide you through imagination, you start to find yourself forgetting about the world around you and you get immersed in the mood of the music. STV | Hidden In The Dark

STV has released a new single and it is every bit as good as expected. STV has formulated a new craft of sound that leaves a lasting impression on the world.
